The Five Facets of Health to Consider
The Dawson Program views the human body as a self-correcting system, when given the opportunity to be so.
There are many factors that influence this system and when all elements are considered it gives the body the best opportunity to achieve a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being, also known as ‘Optimal Health’.
How do we achieve Optimal Health?
The Dawson Program believes that there are 5 key elements that influence our health.
For the human body to be functioning at ‘optimal’ all factors must be considered in equal measure.
Most people are familiar with the effects that the majority of these facets play in everyday life. Each of these can individually affect a person’s optimal health and they may also affect one another, as everything in life is interconnected - both physically and energetically.
For example, if the body is not receiving adequate nutrition, it will affect a person's ability to exercise and move, their life force energy, as well as their social interactions.
The Dawson Program works primarily with Life Force Energy and Vibration, although it is not unusual for a Dawson Program correction to have a profound impact on the other four facets of human health. In fact, as everything is connected, an energetic imbalance can be seen through the physical misalignment of the body.
